PennDOT VideoLog Application

Welcome to the VideoLog application. If you currently do not see the VideoLog home page (image to the right) then you are most likely running pop-up blocking software. VideoLog requires that this software be disabled during the use of the application. Below are instructions for disabling the two most common pop-up blocking applications.

GOOGLE Toolbar -

From this page click the blocked button (the number blocked may vary).
Now click the refresh button at the top of your screen and the application should appear in a second window.
This window will stay open until you close the VideoLog application. You may close it manually at any time if you wish (this will have no effect on the VideoLog application).

YAHOO Toolbar -

From this page click the blocked button.
Select Always Allow Pop-Ups From . . .
Select from the list.
Click the Allow button and then click OK.
Now click the refresh button at the top of your screen and the application should appear in a second window.
This window will stay open until you close the VideoLog application. You may close it manually at any time if you wish (this will have no effect on the VideoLog application).
